Every business registered in the UK needs an official address in this country to register in the Companies House records. It is vitally important that your official mail is handled with care so that you could promptly respond to all mail or notices from the tax office or the Companies House. Failure to do this may lead to heavy fines and your company can be removed from the Register. Your authentication codes, tax reference numbers and other important information will also be sent to your registered address. It is extremely important to have a reliable service provider to avoid any complications or having to pay a lot of money.

Mail can be forwarded overseas. Overseas customers are required to deposit £25 as a security amount for the future postage payments.

Official mail covers all correspondence from the Companies House and HMRC (British tax authority). 

You can order this service when ordering company formation with us or place an application for an existing company.

The service should be renewed every 12 months. A renewal invoice will be forwarded to you by post and email 2-3 weeks before the due date. If the renewal payment is not received by the due date we will have to cease the service and inform the Companies House that the company has no qualifying registered address in this country. We will also have to provide the Companies House the contact details of the company directors and their addresses/ email addresses.

Please note this is not a mail redirection service and only covers official correspondence from certain government authorities. If you require mail redirection please apply for this service additionally. If general business correspondence or personal letters arrive to your company name at our office you will be notified at first 2 instances to ask you if you want to make any arrangements. Full mail forwarding should be ordered if you wish us to start redirecting this correspondence to your preferred address.
