What is private mail forwarding?

 

Private mail forwarding can be used by anyone moving home, moving outside the UK, wanting to use the UK address for incoming mail or keep their confidentiality.

 

How long does the service last?

 

The length of time could be from 3 months to 12 months. Discounts will applicable to 6 and 12 months advance payments.

 

Can you redirect mail to anywhere?

 

Yes, your mail can be redirected to any address in the UK or overseas.
A small postage deposit will apply if you are based abroad.

 

How often will my post be redirected?

 

Your letters will be redirected to you every week Should you wish us to redirect your mail on the date when it arrives an extra 15% handling fee will apply.

 

Do you charge any postage fee on top of the mail forwarding price quoted?

 

Postage charge will apply to all correspondence forwarded overseas. No extra charges will apply to UK addresses.

 

Are there any types of mail that cannot be redirected?

 

We will not be able to redirect any parcels.
We can't redirect business mail if you apply for a home redirection or vice versa.

 

How do I change my redirection details?

 

To make a simple change like a spelling correction, please email to our Customer Service Team at enquiry@nvkgroup.co.uk  and we'll make the change straight away.

If your redirection has started and you want to change the forwarding address, you'll need to reapply. Please write to the email above to ask to complete a new form.

 

What happens when my redirection runs out?

 

You will be emailed a reminder about a week before your redirections runs out with an invoice for the future periods. If you no longer require the service please inform us in due time by writing to us at enquiry@nvkgroup.co.uk  If no payment is received in due time your mail will normally be kept for about one months. After 3 months your mail will have to be destroyed.

 

How do I set up my redirection?

 

The setting up procedure is simple and very quick. Please complete the application form, put down your name in the Company Name box if you are applying for private mail redirection. Your invoice will be issued automatically. When your payment is received you will receive a confirmation and a paper form to confirm your details.

We will write to confirm when your redirection starts, your details, address and the renewal date.
